Old Southeast Bungalow

The goal of this project is to take one of the worst homes on the block and turn it into the pride of the neighborhood. A key consideration is keeping the original structure's footprint while maximizing contemporary lifestyle living spaces (such as the kitchen, great room, mud room...). The project also includes adding a master suite and renovating the separate one-room cottage.
