Pine Bluff Chalet

Legendary St. Petersburg architect, William Harvard, FAIA, designed this "tropical modern" home, his first residential project, in the late 1930's. EDAD remodeled it using careful color and texture selections to help highlight the home's unique and dramatic elements, such as timber roof framing and gable vents. We added an eat-in kitchen with tiled counters, cherry flooring, and floated stucco to warm up the house's shelter-worthy solid block construction.
