Colonial Kitchen and Bath Remodel

A little extra footage goes a long way. By extending the client’s current kitchen footprint a few feet, we were able to create more clearly defined areas (such as a dining area, mudroom, desk/work space, and an island) while harmonizing with the existing space. Working closely with the builder, we optimized appliance/work area placement and designed custom spaces that enhanced the family’s lifestyle while meeting their budgetary requirements. The existing master bath suffered from a lot of wasted space and outdated décor. Without costly plumbing modifications, EDAD targeted spending to areas that netted the greatest return for the client, adding value, functionality, and lasting beauty.
