EDAD created a master plan for the redesign of the home of a growing family that spanned more than one of their municipality's 5 year FEMA 50% rule periods. We planned a phased approach that would satisfy the client's short term needs as well as their long-range goals. Phase 1 included a bedroom in the back and redesigning the entryway and front porch in a way that heralded the family's desire to take their 80's subdivision look back to the craftsman era.
