Historic Cottage

The Dew (Cadillac) family built their ideal Florida Vernacular WWI-era St. Pete home complete with three-car garage and chauffeur's quarters; which (for a less car-oriented family) was ideally suited for a retiring grandma to keep close to her family. Proportioning more of the master home's character and detail (including roof pitch), EDAD found charm & grandeur in under 1,100 sf.
