For a family that loves to entertain, their '50's Ranch could not provide enough space, or style, so EDAD worked with Zoning & FEMA regulations to create their dream house around their existing footprint. The 2-story, 2,500 sf addition created 1st- floor, 1st-rate open living, relaxing, & playing areas; while the 2nd floor became a spa-worthy master retreat guest suite. A grand entrance , complete with custom mahogany door, along with magnificent garden walls & gates, completes the transformation.
